MorseFlash lets you send and receive Morse code using your iPhone's flashlight and camera. Below are quick instructions, troubleshooting tips, and how to reach us.

How to Use

Transmit (send a signal):

• Open the TRANSMIT tab.
• Type your message.
• Start transmission — MorseFlash blinks the message in Morse code using your flashlight (torch).
• Use the loop option to repeat the message continuously.

Receive (decode a signal):

• Open the RECEIVE tab.
• Point your camera at a flashing light source.
• Hold the device steady and centered on the light — MorseFlash decodes the flashes into text in real time.

Permissions

• Camera — required for the Receive feature. Camera frames are processed on your device only and are never stored or uploaded.
• Flashlight — used by the Transmit feature to blink your message.

If you previously denied a permission, enable it in Settings → MorseFlash and allow Camera access.

Troubleshooting

• Flashlight doesn't blink: Make sure the device isn't in Low Power Mode and the flashlight isn't already in use by another app or Control Center. The torch may be temporarily disabled if the device is too hot.
• Receiver isn't decoding: Hold the phone steady, keep the light source centered in the preview, and reduce background light or glare. Very fast or irregular flashing may not decode reliably.
• Camera preview is black: Confirm Camera permission is granted in Settings → MorseFlash.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does MorseFlash need an internet connection?
No. Sending and receiving Morse code works fully offline. An internet connection is only used to display ads.

Do you collect my data?
We don't require an account or collect personal information directly. The app shows ads via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is MorseFlash free?
Yes. MorseFlash is free and supported by banner ads.
